The Solomon Islands has a tropical climate typical of countries located within equatorial regions. This means that the country is usually hot and humid all year round with an average temperature of around 27 degrees Celsius.

There are no distinct seasons in the country, however, there is generally a recurring wet season from November to April and a dry season from May to October.
